Typical Treatment Process

 

  1. Food-grade salt is dissolved to prepare a brine solution.
  2. The brine is fed into the Oximax electrolysis cell.
  3. Electrolysis generates fresh sodium hypochlorite.
  4. The disinfectant is stored in a day tank.
  5. Metering pumps inject the sodium hypochlorite into the treated water.
  6. Online instrumentation continuously monitors chlorine residual and adjusts dosing automatically to maintain water quality.
