Atlantis The Palm is recognised globally as one of the world’s premier luxury resorts. Maintaining exceptional seawater quality across marine habitats, cooling systems and water infrastructure is critical to protecting both guest experiences and valuable assets.

Water Engineers supplied a high-capacity OxiMax MAB Series Electrochlorination System that generates sodium hypochlorite directly from seawater. The fully automated system continuously disinfects seawater while preventing biological growth within pipelines, heat exchangers and associated infrastructure.

Generating chlorine on-site eliminates the need for transporting hazardous chemicals while providing a reliable, environmentally responsible treatment solution.

The project demonstrates Water Engineers’ ability to deliver advanced electrochlorination technology for large-scale international tourism infrastructure.
